At SUTRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products. Items must be in their original packaging and lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
